Dear Colleagues,

RISHA will be holding its Annual Meeting at Nicole's restaurant on Atwood Avenue in Cranston on Wednesday, November 28th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. 
There will be a buffet (FREE!!!!) and a cash bar available.  We will hold the election of new
officers during that meeting and present the scholarship awards.  Jim Potter, the Chief Staff
Officer for Government Relations and Policy from ASHA may also attend, as well as
our very own ASHA Vice President, DeAnne Owre. 
RISHA will be sending information regarding the Annual Meeting, the election, and
membership renewal shortly. 
All RISHA members are invited to attend this meeting.  Mark your calendars!!! (Free food!!!)

During the ASHA Convention in Boston, RISHA will be sponsoring a
Rhode Island Reception on Thursday, November 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM
for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. 
It will be held in the Adams Room at The Westin Waterfront Hotel.  This reception is open to
ALL Rhode Islanders, whether you are a RISHA member or not. 
Drop in for a drink before or after dinner...meet the RISHA board members and your
colleagues from all over the state...more information about this event will follow.
